PROMO CODE TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following is A2Z LEDS's promo codes terms and conditions:

• Promotional Codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

• To apply a promotional code, you must use it prior completing the order.

• Promotional codes that offer a percentage off the order can be used in combination with free shipping promo codes, but may not be combined with other percentage off promo codes.

• Not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

• A2Z LEDS reserves the right to modify or cancel the offers at any time. If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time.

 

A2Z LEDS RETURN POLICY

We have a hassle-free 14 days return policy

• Please order small quantities of LEDs and LED products to test for suitability in your application before ordering large quantities.

• If you request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) within 14 days of purchase, we will send it to you by email and you must include this RMA number INSIDE YOUR BOX. We do not mail physical labels.

• RMAs are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects, dissatisfaction and mis shipments.

• Returned merchandise needs to be in original packaging and condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to products missing materials or no longer in original condition.

• A 20% restocking fee may apply to all returns.

• We do not refund shipping.

• COD (collect on delivery) and Freight Collect packages will not be accepted.
